Inside Our Courier Network: Meet the People Who Deliver
Behind every successful delivery is a verified, trained, and motivated courier. Meet three of the faces that keep Douala moving.
When an order lands on our platform, a lot happens invisibly. A courier gets matched, navigates traffic, communicates with the customer, and delivers with care. We rarely talk about the people behind that process — so here are three of them.
Emmanuel joined Timway eight months ago after five years doing informal delivery work across Douala port. 'The difference is the trust,' he says. 'When I work with Timway, customers know who I am. I know where I am going. I get rated. It makes me better at what I do.' Emmanuel maintains a 4.95 rating across more than 800 deliveries.
